The 10th International FLINS Conference on uncertainty Modeling in Knowledge Engineering and Decision Making (FLINS 2012) provides an international forum that brings together those actively involved in areas of interest to the uncertainty Modeling in Knowledge Engineering and Decision Making, to report on up-to-the-minute innovations and developments, to summarize the state-of-the-art, and to exchange ideas and advances in all aspects of uncertainty Modeling in Knowledge Engineering and Decision Making.        MEMORIAL DA RUAN AWARD will be given to the best paper at FLINS 2012.This award is expected to be given at the next FLINS Conferences.

Papers related to this conference theme are especially solicited, including theories, methodologies. Contributions covering theoretical developments and practical applications, including but not limited to the following technical areas, are invited:
